Digital Imaging/IACT: New patients are greeted with a friendly smile, a tour of our office and the flash of a digital camera. These digital images are then projected onto a computer screen to enhance a patient’s understanding of his/her orthodontic problems. We then use an interactive communication program (IACT) that employs graphics, animation and morphing to educate our patients regarding their treatment options.

Digital X-Rays: We are one of a few practices in the state to have fully digital panoramic and cephalometric X-rays. Digital X-rays use 70-90 percent less radiation and provide instantaneous images, which allow us to identify any dental problems or skeletal imbalances for a thorough diagnosis.

Sterilization/Infection Control: Our sterilization systems meet or exceed guidelines established by OSHA and the CDC. We use disposable materials whenever possible and all of our instruments are heat or chemically sterilized. Our sterilization techniques are verified by an independent biological monitoring service on a daily basis. Finally, we never use “recycled” braces that were worn by another patient.

HouseCalls: This appointment confirmation system uses the telephone to alert patients of upcoming appointments.

T-Link: This Internet-based system has several unique features. In addition to appointment confirmation via e-mail, T-Link provides secure, round-the-clock access to appointment dates and times, as well as account balances and much more. Patients can now make payments online anytime, day or night.
