Most people seeking orthodontic treatment have obligations during the day. We realize that taking time off from work or school is a great concern to our patients and parents. As a result, most patients prefer to be seen after school or work, which creates a tremendous demand for these "prime time" appointments. Most orthodontic offices are unable to handle all these requests and have adopted scheduling policies in which the prime time appointments are made on a first come - first served basis or patients are forced to alternate between morning and afternoon visits. It is our desire to accommodate our patients' schedules as much as possible. With that in mind, we have carefully crafted a scheduling system that is both efficient and fair to all of our patients.
- We have extended our day, two days a week, to create two prime times - one before and one after school/work.
- One morning each week, we offer morning hours at 7 a.m.
- Adjustment appointments are usually four to eight weeks apart instead of the customary two to four weeks. We use the latest technology, which enables adjustments to be made at greater time intervals without sacrificing quality. This actually enhances treatment efficiency because excellent results can be achieved with fewer office visits.
- Shorter appointments are available during the day and at lunchtime to accommodate patients who work, or prefer a "quieter" visit.
A lot of effort has been put into our scheduling system, which allows us to run on schedule most of the time. (Hey, nobody's perfect!) This system is one of the many benefits we offer our patients.
